You may exchange a piece that is the wrong size for another of the same style. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of shipping back to the warehouse. If your requested size is not available, we will ship it out as soon as it is in stock. We do not issue refunds unless the product is damaged on arrival.
Once payment is received your order will be processed for shipment within 3 business days. A tracking update will be sent to the email you used at the time of purchase.
